Great Opportunities - Clearing Storms at Sunset
After a storm one evening I stepped outside and saw an orange tint to the retreating clouds. I knew the sky was about to light up plus I think retreating storms can be very photogenic if you have the right light. I grabbed my gear and headed for my favorite spot on Town Mountain Road above Asheville. Using a 2-stop Graduated Neutral Density Filter, I was able to get this cool shot of the storm clearing at sunset.
